HRI welcomes the opportunity to call the Committee’s attention to the use of death penalty for people with intellectual and/or psychosocial disabilities in Singapore, in violation of article 10 (right to life) and article 13 (access to justice) of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD).
