Ahead of the 43rd Session of the United Nations Human Rights Council (24 February – 20 March 2020), Harm Reduction International made this submission focusing on violations of human rights in Iran (the death penalty for drug offences, corporal punishment, and compulsory drug detention and treatment of people who use drugs).
